| Tutors will work with each student individually on
decoding, spelling, and pronunciation of words. This will enable the student to
read with better comprehension, which is beneficial in other course work. |

| Through continuous interaction with teachers and
counselors, the students will meet these milestones in order to exceed their
goals. The students will also: |

| Children with Vision is concerned about the students
overall self-esteem, self confidence, and their motivation to stay in school
after previously performing poorly. Children with Vision will improve students
in each of these areas. |

| At the end of the year, students who have been helped by
Children with Vision will be able to show at least a 50% improvement from the
previous year. This in turn will help reduce the dropout rate (by 10%), at-risk
classroom behavior, and gang activity. This will also allow the student to
become more competitive in school, make higher grades, and make good decisions. |
